Technical Services

The Technical Services Group at PAC Storage is fully staffed and can provide support and customer care, including assistance with installation, configuration, warranty and repair.  We have on staff a Field Systems Engineer that can assist with any level 2 issues.  We offer free tech support for the life of your product during the hours 7am to 5pm PST Monday through Friday. 

Warranty

All PAC Storage products carry a 3 year manufacturer's warranty. In addition, offering phone support 7am to 5pm (PST) and advanced replacement of any defective parts within the warranty period.

On Location Spares Kit

PAC Storage has options for an on-site spares kit that can reside at your location with fully redundant fail-over hardware including power, fans, controllers and even a chassis and drives. This program enables our customers to have in their rack chassis a fully redundant system that can be implemented by the user with the assistance of our tech support personal.  Any failure can be resolved in minutes providing a rapid resolution to any problem.  Defective components can then be advance replaced for constant availability.

On-Site Support

PAC Storage offers a variety of on-site support including seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day.  A simple call to our North American support offices and we will assist in diagnosis and dispatch an on-site technician as required. A call tracking number will be issued for convenience to our customers.
