The PS 4000 controller is the ultimate of high-performance solutions for enterprises with its unprecedented advantages in performance, flexibility, and high expandability. The PS 4000 supports Intel’s advanced CPU platform and reaches up to 10,000MB/s Read and 5,500MB/s Write speed even under high workloads. The array is especially suitable for hybrid environments adopting SAN, NAS, and Cloud integration. The PS 4000 is perfect for those who want extreme performance, capacity, and a high port count to effectively boost overall productivity.

Our Technical Services Team at PAC Storage provides support and customer care, including assistance with installation, configuration, warranty and repair. We offer tech support for the life of your product during the hours 7am to 7pm PST Monday through Friday, and Our Field Systems Team is on call to assist with any extremely urgent issues.
All PAC Storage products carry a 3 year manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty is upgradeable up to a maximum of 10 years from the date of purchase. In addition, we offer advanced replacement of any defective parts within the warranty period.
